How serious is a concentric spondylotic disc bulge having a superimposed 1.2 cm central annular fissure at the L5-S1?Does this condition warrant surgery? How about a concentric spondylotic disc bulge and facet arthropodathy producing mild to moderate right greater than left biforaminal stenosis? Would these conditions be the cause of my lower back, burning and electical like pain that shoots down my thighs?
