How Serious Is An Ultrasound Results Showing A Right Ovarian Cyst And Polycystic Ovarian Morphology?

Hi doctor I had pcos I took us scan Please tell is how is my situation now Are this veryy serious OVARIES are bulky in size and show central echogenic stroma with multiple tiny peripherally arranged follicles suggestive of polycystic morphology. Well-defined cystic lesion measuring 3.8 x 2.9 x 3.1cms, vol-18.5cc with thin internal septations showing no internal vascularity is noted in the right ovary. Visualised part of right ovary shows normal vascularity at the time of scan. Ovaries measures as follows: Right ovary: 3.4 x 2.7 x 4.1cms, vol-20.8cc Left ovary: 3.7 x 2.2 x 3.5cms, vol-15.7cc POD is free. No evidence of ascites. Impression: • Right ovarian cyst - likely hemorrhagic cyst • Bilateral polycystic ovarian morphology. ** Sugg: Clinical correlation with hormonal assay.
