How Should I Treat Redness And Itchiness On My Labia Minora After Oral Sex With A Stubbly Chin?

Hello—I have irritation (redness and itchiness) on my labia minora (inside vaginal lips?). I believe it is due to oral sex from 3 days ago where he had a stubbly chin. It has been bothering me for about two days. I have cleansed it in the shower and took a salt bath, and have been treating it with polysporin. Is this the correct way to treat it or should I be doing something else?
