How Should A Circumcision Wound Causing Mucus And Discharge Be Treated?

hello my name is anthony on the 29th of january i had a circumcision done and after 2 weeks the wound still had not healed and i had to spend 5 days in hospital and be re stitched but now after another week the wound has started to let out a mucus like discharge that quickly drys black and act's like a sort of glue getting my stitches caught in my bandage or clothing and the wound still dont seem to be healing what do you think is wrong and what action should i take ?
