How Should A Clitoris Lump With Itching Be Treated?

After just coming out of the shower, I have noticed a white bump on the top of my clitoris. I'm not sure what it is, but it's very ichy, and there are a few around my clitoris. My boyfriend and I have been sexually active for a few months, but neither of us have any STDs. Please help.
