How Should A Foreskin Blister With Pus Be Treated?

I have what looks like a water blister at the foreskin just below the head of my penis. There are no other problems, no itching, pain etc...sometimes is drains pus like substance but always comes back. It hasn't shrunk or gotten larger. My Dr prescribed 500mg of Cephalexin but no change. What are your thoughts?
