How Should A Tonsils "bubble" Causing Dysphagia Be Treated?

So i have a bubble or something like a bubble in the back of my throat where my tonsils should be. I cant too good of a look at it cause all i have is the bathroom mirror. Its made it slightly hard to swallow for the last week, and i wasnt concerned until now for i just discovered it, for i thought i just had a sore throat. Should i be concerned?
