How Should Abdomen And Shoulder Area Welts With Bruising Be Treated?

i am 43 years old, and have recently noticed large welts appearing on my abdomen, and shoulder area that then turn into large multicolored bruises. I don't see any indication of having been bitten by anything. Having hot flashes and a little nausea with it and a pain below my left shoulder blade..any ideas? /
