How Should Acute Psoriasis In The Scalp Be Treated?

i am vaibhav joshi 27 years from indore. suffering from psoriasis from last 6 years...i consulted with many dermatologists.they gave me lotion,tube,shampoos and many medicines but didnt find any permanent solution . now i am taking homeopathic medicines but didnt get satisfactory results.i am very much frustrated now .please give me any permanent solution for this problem if any. infected area is scalp and (very less on chin) if whole prescription is needed i can provide that as well. let me know
