How Should An Ear Cyst With Oozing Pus Be Further Treated?

hello i had a cyst on the back of my ear an i had put warm compress on it an it came to a head an popped , yellowish green oozy stuff came out of it then some white stuff !!!! how do i know if its all out and what do i need to do as far as the after care goes ?
