How Should An Ingrowing Toenail Infection, Leg Stiffness, Body Aches Be Treated?

i am having the problem of ingrowing toe nail which I had surgically removed twice but the infection is persistent. Now the doctor has prescribed sporonox. I want to know whether it is ok continue with it while am experiencing symptoms like leg stiffness and bodyaches. Also am having lot of mood swings and depression.Also if I have my bloodtest done for checking calcium level and lipid profile will it alter the result.
