How Should An Ovarian Adnexal Cyst Causing Headaches Be Treated?

I have just been informed after a recent ultrasound that I have a "complex left adnexal cyst, likely a small hemorrhagic cyst." My cyst measures at 2x2x1.9cm, when my ovary measures at 3.4x2.1x2.9cm. I was told by a gynecologist that it is nothing to worry about, and that it is very small and minor. I also have regular lower backaches that will not go away with seeing a chiropractor.
