How Should An Ovarian Cyst Causing Stomach Pain Be Treated?

hello doctor, i had my lmp on sep 25. When I had stomach pain, it was diagonised as ovary cyst. Lt ovary-5x4 cm and Rt-2x2 cm. Twice lupride injection is given and I was taking Regesterone for the past 5 months till yesterday. When I took scan today it was found that there is no decrease in size of the ovary cyst. What should I do next?
