How Should Bilateral Polycystic Variant Ovaries, Bulkiness, Headaches, Stomach Pains Be Treated?

i have got in the scanning report as bilateral policystic variant ovaries. they are bulky in nature with no fluids. what does this mean. i keep getting frequent headaches and lower stomach pains. i have regular periods within a gap of 1 week only. we have been taking care naturally not to conceive. but will i have difficulty in future to conceive?
