How Should Chest Patches With Dryness Be Treated?

i hav got a paches on my chest which looks like wring worm
earlies(6 months) it was small so ithought that it is some insect bite
den i hav applied anti fungal cream on it, it gets dry but again come on my chest.
currently i m applying clotrimazole cream but the mark is not goin away from my chest and its spreading.
