How Should Clitoris Itching And Irritation Be Treated?

I have a problem with vaginal area my clitorus is like idk how to describe it but it has been like itchy and irritated for 2 months and ive gone to the doctors for my pap and they say nothing is wrong but then a week later it started doing it again. is there anything wrong with my clit or do i need to get some otc drugs to stop it.
