How Should Clitoris Sensation Loss Causing Orgasm Difficulties Be Treated?

Hi, I recently had a short case of thrush after coming off antibiotics, it was the worst i have had, but after a week of the all clear i have now lost sensation in my clitoris. I had a small cut just above it as i accidently scratched it when i had thrush. It is making sex with my boyfriend a bit difficult as i can't really orgasm.
