How Should Cold, Headaches, Nasal Pressure And Drip, Sore Throat Be Treated?

hi. i got a cold from my daughter about a week ago, and hers seemed to go away after a couple of days. mine is still here, seemed to get a little better and now i have had headaches for 4 or 5 days straight, there is a lot of pressure in my nose area, postnasal drip , sore throat and today i felt like i was going to pass out. Does this sound like a sinus infection? and will it go away soon?
