How Should Cold, Sneezing, Blocked Nose And Throat Itching Be Treated?

I am affected with cold and sneeze for the last three days. currently i am having droxyl 500mg tablet from yesterday. but am not fully recovered. still i have cold and running nose and also throat itching & blocked nose. I am also using nasal spray twice a day.Could you please help me?.
