How Should Ear Shape With Partial Hearing Loss Be Treated?

Hello Dr. The shape of my left ear is not normal. Also I have very very less hearing power in that. It is the same from my birth. Could you please suggest me how long will it take to get the surgery done . And is this possible to get the normal shape of ear also the hearing power. Thanks a lot
