How Should Grade 1 Prostate Enlargement With Anxiety And Sleeplessness Be Treated?

My father,75yrs,has grade1 prostate enlargement.The medicinesprescribed by urologist donot work. He has to get up 3-4 time at night,so he doesnot get adequate soundsleep. This has raised his anxiety levels and he has lost 10kgs in 10months. In Aug. his NPK level fell below normal range due to BP medicine. After that all pathological tests are in normal range but problems cited above are increasing. Please guide.
