How Should Headache, Head Pain, Sneezing, Lightheadedness, Body Aches Be Treated?

hi, i have had a kind of headache from last thursday it hurts my head with sudden movements or sneezing i am also lightheaded. It is worse in the morning but after a few hours and a few tablets it gets better and managable, althought still there.

Last thursday i had these problems but also aching all over my body and quite bad shivers, these have now passed.

I have been drinking plenty of water and have now been drinking lucozade.

Also my job is a postman which i have to walk about 8 or 9 miles a day, i have done this for over 14 months without any problems.
