How Should Inverted Nipples After Childbirth Be Treated?

Hello, I am a first time mom. After my delivery my husband got very violent with us (me and the baby), has been physical to me and the baby, abused me emotionally and physically. Today I am separated and going true a very difficult divorce. I have been diagnosed with a PTSD. My baby is today 6months old, it is a beautiful baby girl. I am still breastfeeding however, I got inverted nipples (something I NEVER had before). I am concerned about it... Please advise, is this going to saty like this or is there anything I can do?
