How Should Nipple Injuries With Scabs Be Treated?

hello , i'm cally i recently had rough sex with my ex boyfriend , he bit my nipples really hard , he basically bit them and made me bleed and left scabs on my boobs, should i peel it ? they look really wierd . will the scabs go away if i dont peel it ?
