How Should Partial Hearing Loss After An Accident Be Treated?

hi i m 23 old female. my both ear r not work properly.i m unable to assume the voice properly.in 2003 i hve no problem but in 2003 mid i hve accident and then ear fault r start miner,and last year again my accident then i m face a problem major.plz give me a right decision.and pls give me ur cell or any landlines number ?thanks
