How Should Pemphigus Vulgaris With Lesions Be Treated?

I am 74years old i am suffering from pemphigus vulgaris i am from Ranipet i have been treated for it here in a local hospital by a dermatogist and she has given me 20gms of prednisolone tablets and zincoderm to be applied on new lessions . But the doctor here diagonised it as bullinos pempiloid..I heard about you doctor i want to know if i can be treated as an outpatient because i do not have the facility to come and get admitted and treated .There is no one to come and stay with me i would be grateful if u kindly reply thanking you Parthasarthy ..
