How Should Penis Discomfort And Testicle Pain Be Treated?

I last had protected sex 6 weeks ago, since then i have had testicle pain and discomfort in my penis, no discharge, i visited the std clinic and the test was negative, they said i had a non specific UTI, i tried 10 days of doxocyline (spelling) and then a 7 day course of another anitbiotic, this has helped however the symptoms are still there. Could i be allergic to spermicide in the condom. there is no rash.
