How Should Penis Lumps And Odor With Reddened Skin Be Treated?

hello, madam...how are you doing today? i m concerned about my health. I recently slept with my girlfriend and now i realize or see that my penis has white bumps and lumpts like stuff on it. When i pulled my skin back all the way back, i saw that there was a bad smell like cheese smell or bad....also, i had red skin and white skin, as if it was infected...plz help me out..m worried about it..dont know what to do...wat medicines if any are there outthere...i am a male living in N.J. and am 38 yrs old...thanx
