How Should Penis Pimples With Itching And Fluid Be Treated?

I had this pimples on my penis last month,very small and scattered on the left side of penis towards my pubic area. they later developed into one itchy pimple full of water, which then became a little wound. now they are back again, forgot to mention that it happened after unprotected sex. what can I do?
