How Should Penis Shrinking, Urination Dribbling And Erection Problems Be Treated?

I woke the day before yesterday to find my penis had diserpeared inside my body (sort or inside-out). When I urinate i'm unable to stop it dribling down my legs and I can no longer get an erection. I'm too scared and embaressed to see a doctor please help.
