How Should Persistent Cough With Wheezing Be Treated?

hi ,I have from the month of july 15 severe cough.I want general physician and take medicines for 10 days.cough reduced but not fully recovered.After that I went two ENT doctors the cough is reduced but not fully controlled.
Till date i am taking the medicine.the allergy is mainly due when I cleaning my home.Now the doctor said slightly there is veezing symptom .But before that I have no Veezing trouble.Please tell me the reason why the cough is continuing?
