How Should Reoccurring Arm Cellulitis Be Treated?

Hi, i just had cellulitis in my right arm and treated it with antibiotics for a week. now 3 days later i believe i may have it again on my left arm - after i just stopped the antibiotics. It that possible? Shouldn't antibiotics still be in my system?
