How Should Reoccurring Purpura, Wound Healing Problems, Low Platelet Counts Be Treated?

sir , i m suffering from a disease called purpura. I started in 2008 february , doctor gave me dicynine to stop bleeding and other vitamins. It was cured successfully. Again it reappeared in 2009 February, i took the same medicine and got cured in 2 weeks . Again in 2010 March it has occurred and doctor has given me Dicynine, and MEMI tablets . it has again been cured. But why does it regularly happens in February? It all started in 2008 when i donated blood. Again i had donated blood in Dec 2009 it happened. My wounds take time to heal. What sholud be my diet to increase blood paltelets? and what is its permanent cure?? doctor has suggested me to continue MEMI tablets and told me to take LIVODEX capsules.?
