Hi, I havee a lot of bloody red scabs on my scalp . I knoww I scratch my headd often but they hurt & burn a lot that Im scared I miqht qet a serious infection or somethinq . &ii knoww this is badd but ii only washh my hair with conditioner . Shampoo makes my hair super dry .
