How Should Sinus Allergy Problems And Chest Phlegm Be Treated?

Hi Dr,

I am having sinus allergetic problem due to the pollution and the sweat. Due to that recently asthma bronchities also has come...when i approach dr.sridhar, mylapore, chennai. He advised me to take inhalers along with some medicines. When i am using that, i m feeling normal and at the same time, i am getting too much sleep. Flum also is not coming out, it is getting accumulated in the chest itself.
