How Should Sinusitis With Breathing Problems And Irritation Be Treated?

I have sinusities and i underwent DNS surgery but did not get any relief from it.I am breathing through only one nostril from past 8 years and i am 21 year old now, tried many medicines and nasal drops but none of them gave proper relief to me. I live in India and now i have lot of irritation in my nostrils, from past 2 weeks I am not able to sleep and to my bad luck now i cannot speak properly as mucus from nostril is getting accumulated in my throat and when i speak i sound like a chicken
