How Should Tongue Lumps And Sore Throat Be Treated?

hi doc. good day im 33 yrs. old female...i have my small red bumps at the back of my tounge going down to my troath,i have my sore troath.i dont know what to do.i've been to the doctor for 3 times they give me antibiotics and mouthwash but still the same nothing change, i;ve been suffering this for 4weeks now.im so worried and scared. when i search to the internet,its an enlargement of circumvallate papillae.. Doc. please help me.how to get rid of it. please.please.need your advice.thank u so much.
