How Should Unusual Nasal Discharges Be Treated?

Today I was boxing, and I took a lot of hard hits to the head and few to the nose. Around 4 hours later I was blowing my nose (I normally have mucus caused by allergies) and some bright yellow fluid came out of my nose (Looked a lot like urine) that I've never seen before. What is it? What should I do?
