How Should Unwanted Facial Hair With Skin Damage And Pimples Be Treated?

I am having so many hairs on my face and pimples also which makes me feel bad,
I do not feel confident while talking to others. I want to get rid of this, please tell me how I can get rid of these hairs, and i also want to add that I have used wax on my face or also i used to pluck hairs by plucker but by doing all this my skin is totally damaged. now i feel very harsh to touchmy own skin, Its pinch when i touch the plucked area.please suggest me waht should i do beacuse I don't want to be that much late that my whole skin is damaged.
