How Should Weakness, Syncope Cause By Fever And Throat Infection Be Treated?

my daughter aged 18 years is having fever due to throat infection, fever is under control moxikind..cv625,and paracetemol650. its been two daysfever is101 in the evening..all tests are ok... but hell of weakness, even due to weakness she fainted twice today. what should i do for this
