How Soon Can I Take Hydroxyzine After Taking Benadryl For Rash?

I am a 51 year old female, sensitive skin. Developed rash and hives all over tonight. Took 2 benadryl for itching, hasnt really helped. I have left over prescription from other allergic reaction, hydroxyzine 25mg. How soon can I take one of those after taking the benadryl.
