how fast do normal Panadol paracetamol tablets absorb into the bloodstream once taken? For instance, if you have vomiting, would the tablets be absorbed in 20 minutes or would this be longer ... ? Just trying to work out if any of the medication was absorbed (or likely to have been absorbed), if vomiting follows tablet taking.
