How Tight Should I Pump My Air Cast? I Have

How tight should I pump my air cast? I have turn legiments they think and said to wear it till the mri. Had to take it off to shower and now I can't seem to get it to fit like the doctor did. Should I pump air until I feel it tight wrapped around my injured ankle or should I stop adding air once I fell it snug up against it?
