How To Apply EMLA Cream In Vaginal Area?

Hi, I just bought a 5g tube of EMLA cream, and I wanted to know how can I apply it to my vaginal area before I wax? And is it okay to do so? How do I wrap up that area? And since I've got hair up till my buttocks, can I apply it till there? I've read it should not be close to the anus. How long should I leave the cream on? And should I stay on the bed if it's for an hour? Sorry for all those qs, but I have no idea, and I need some help. And could you also tell me how frequently can I use it? Thank you very much.
