How To Avoid A Miscarriage?

Hi doc am a 31 year old female who is 4wks pregnant! Had a miscarriage 4 yrs ago which happened @ 10wks. Now am not cramping but having dull ache in my lower abdomen but no bleeding. D ache is worse when i lie on my back or bend over. Am i likely to lose dis baby too? Am worried.
