How To Avoid Erections After Circumcision?

hi , im getting circumcised at 13yrs old in 3 weeks , Pre op tomorrow and im nervous enough. I know that when the ops done they tell you to get the littles amount of erections as possible. Being a teen you can understand this is hard , i get "randoms" all the time what should i do ?
