How To Avoid Pregnancy?

I started a z-pack antibiotic February 20th. I got my period March 3rd, then I started my new birth control pack on March 8th. Last night, March 19th, I did have unprotected sex. He pulled out, but I know the possibility is there. Is it at all possible that I could get pregnant? Should I take Plan B?
