How To Avoid Prickle Heat Problem In Summers?

I am suffering from Prikle heat problem both of my hands and legs since 3 weeks and some skin rashes in my entire body. Every summer season these types of problem I am faceing. Kindly help me and tell me remedies. My age is 41 years old.
