How To Better Body Mobility Post Open Heart Surgery And Leg Amputation?

I have had quintuple open heart surgery 3 yrs ago but I am also an amputee (lost my leg up to my hip)---my question is related to improving my life quality, because I'm 60 yrs now. My mobility has greatly reduced and alot of discomfort on my leg leg and arm since the veins was harvested for the open heart surgery.
