How To Calculate Ovulation Days?

I m 28 yrs old, trying to conceive. Want a guidance in terms of Ovulation days and other things that needs to be taken care. Major issue is me as well as my husband are either busy or not in a mood to have sex. So is I can get some assistance in terms or right days and right medicine would be great
